Our Temples
Gavi Siddeshwara Temple
A sacred cave temple in Mandya where devotees gather to offer prayers and experience divine blessings in a serene spiritual environment.

The Gavigangadhareshwara temple, located in Mandya District, Karnataka, was constructed by the trust during the 15th century and underwent renovation, which was completed in 2016 at 1.8 Crores. Currently, the Trust conducts daily pooja and rituals at the temple. Another significant site in the area is the Gavi Siddeshwara Temple in Maradevanahalli, which was established 13 years ago under the guidance of Sadguru.
This temple is home to a 500+ year-old Shiva Linga and adheres to Shaiva traditions, offering daily puja, abhishekam, and Vedic chanting led by Gurukulam students. Special rituals on Mondays and various devotional programs contribute to its vibrant spiritual atmosphere.
The temple celebrates major festivals such as Gavi Siddeshwara Jatre Mahotsava and Maha Shivaratri, attracting thousands of devotees who participate in abhishekams, cultural events, and anna daana. The temple promotes a strong culture of seva through monthly homas, volunteer activities, and Vedic learning, creating a lively centre of faith and community unity. Residents from seven nearby villages regularly attend, especially during the larger events held twice a year for Maha Shivaratri and the Jatre, which see participation from over 3,000 people.
Ganesha Temple
The Ganesha Temple stands as a serene and spiritually significant place of worship, inaugurated in November 1981 under the divine guidance of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. This temple, dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the embodiment of wisdom and intellect, is situated in Sathya Sai Grama, a place that embodies peace and spiritual enrichment.
Inception and Divine Inspiration
The inception of the Ganesha Temple is rooted in a profound spiritual experience. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, a revered spiritual leader and humanitarian, appeared in the dreams of Sri B. N. Narasimha Murthy, the warden of the Gurukulam and commanded him to construct a temple dedicated to Ganesha to promote the welfare of the community and foster spiritual growth. This divine directive marked the beginning of a journey that would culminate in the establishment of a sacred space for devotion and reflection.
Community Support and Contributions
Realising the vision set forth by Bhagawan, Mr Bambu Lakshmi Narayana and other dedicated well-wishers rallied together to fund the construction of the Ganesha Temple. This collective effort highlights the spirit of unity and devotion within the community, as supporters came together to transform this divine vision into reality

Sri Umamaheshwara
“This temple is divinely ordained, not built by human effort. It will stand for millennia, bestowing grace and blessings upon all who come.”
-Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai
A sanctuary of peace, purity, and divine darshan
Nestled in the serene and spiritually charged Siddha Sankalpa Bhoomi of Sathya Sai Grama, near the historic Nandi Hills, the Sri Uma Maheshwara Temple stands as a beacon of devotion and culture.
Built in accordance with Agama Shastra and traditional Vastu principles, the temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati in their divine form as Uma and Maheshwara. It is a space of peace, purity, and spiritual awakening, welcoming all who seek divine darshan and inner stillness

Additional Temples for Spiritual Growth
In addition to the Ganesha Temple, the Sathya Sai Grama also includes the Gayatri Temple and the Navagraha Temple. Each of these sacred spaces is constructed with the same ethos of welfare and spiritual upliftment, creating a holistic environment for worship and connection with the divine.
