1. General
1.1 Sri Sathya Sai Aradhana Trust is a registered religious and charitable trust in India.
1.2 Donations received will be used solely for the objects and activities of the Trust
1.3 The Trust reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
2. Donations
2.1 All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
2.2 Donations can be made using Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.
2.3 Donors are kindly requested to ensure that the personal information (such as name, address, email, and contact number) entered at the time of donation is accurate and complete. The Trust will not be responsible for any errors due to incorrect information provided by the donor.
2.4 Donations once received cannot be transferred, canceled, or refunded.
3. Foreign Donations
3.1 Donations through Razorpay are accepted only from Indian citizens with Indian bank accounts/cards/UPI.
3.2 Foreign contributions cannot be accepted via Razorpay due to regulatory restrictions.
3.3 Any attempted donation from outside India through Razorpay will not be processed, and the Trust shall not be responsible for any charges, deductions, or delays arising from such attempts.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
4.1 The Trust respects donor privacy and uses donor information only for legal, administrative, and communication purposes.
4.2 We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information.
4.3 Payment details are processed securely by Razorpay; the Trust does not store sensitive payment information such as card/bank details.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the donation portal.
5.2 Razorpay is a third-party payment processor, and the Trust is not responsible for technical errors, downtime, or failures related to Razorpay services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
